Gordian Knot are a set of Ancient tabletop wargame rules for use with stands of figures, with each stand representing a unit. Using stands means they are suited for use with any scale of wargames figures (6mm - 28mm).
The rules include an example battle narrative to illustrate how the rules work, and as well as the usual mechanisms include a scenario or missions generator, an army selection system, and characteristics for generals (for example, your general may be hated, a dreamer, infirm, short-sighted and could be served by an inept staff!).

We spent 2011 painstakingly researching the cultures and wars that shaped the knight and samurai in order to give you an hour of solid entertainment. It would take us longer to list all of the topics we cover in the episode than the actual running time. (I’m not sure how that’s mathematically possible, but it’s true.) We even manage to squeeze in some Roman history, if Spartacus: Blood and Sand counts as history.

One of the toys that I was allowed to buy was a bendy Neo-Otyugh. Since those young days, the otyugh has always been my favourite monster of the Dungeons and Dragons and now Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. So it is with great joy that I release:Otyughnomicon: Typhoon-Kissed Otyugh!
This product contains the typhoon-kissed creature template, two templated otyughs (aberration and magical beast versions), a tropical island encounter complete with a young bronze dragon, a typhoon-kissed otyugh and a tribe of grindylows. As usually, this release contains new art from Michael Scotta and tokens for the typhoon-kissed otyugh and a handful of grindylows.
Price: $1.00Random Encounters Remastered is intended to provide GMs a detailed, comprehensive source for randomly generating unique encounters with a variety of interesting terrain features, NPCs and site-specific monsters. More than simply a bunch of tables, Random Encounters Remastered also presents rules, guidelines and advice for quickly creating interesting roleplaying and combat situations.
Each volume of Random Encounters Remastered describes a number of adventure areas. These encompass common sites such as grand marketplaces, eerie woods, and windswept plains to more unusual locales such as planar strongholds, underworld battlefields and endless caverns. The areas can be further customized by adding new terrain features and hazards described in each book. The random monster generator for each setting is setup to automatically provide a CR-appropriate challenge for a party no matter their level so a GM doesn’t have to worry about encounters that are too easy or too hard. Wherever a party finds itself, the tables and rules in this book can help a GM construct a quick, memorable encounter.
Adventure areas included: Bowels of the Earth, Endless Caravans, Highlands, Scorched Wastes, Teeming Veldt, and Windswept Plains.

Price: $1.25Enter the Republic
The year is 3085. In the wake of the Jihad, a new realm—the Republic of the Sphere—has been born. Drawing war-weary masses from all over the Inner Sphere, the Republic stands for unity and security, in the hopes that never again will its worlds suffer from centuries of relentless war. But even though the common threat has finally passed, few believe they have seen the last of war. As the combined realms and Clans of the Inner Sphere struggle to rebuild, a new balance of power has begun to emerge.
Field Manual: 3085 updates the military and political state of the Inner Sphere in the years following the end of the Jihad and the formation of the Republic of the Sphere. This report includes a brief history and overview of recent developments in the BattleTech universe (including the formation and organization of the Republic of the Sphere), as well as current TO&Es for all of the major ’Mech and mercenary commands employed by the realms and Clans of the post-Jihad Inner Sphere. Special rules are also included, enabling players to create characters and forces for use in campaigns set in and after this critical point in BattleTech history.
Price: $25.00More ‘Mechs for the Battlefield

Record Sheets: Prototypes contains 30 pre-printed ’Mech record sheets that will have players firing autocannons, missiles and PPCs at each other in no time. More than 60 additional record sheets—from vehicles to battle armor, ProtoMechs to aerospace fighters and DropShips—bring the excitement of combined-arms game play to any table top. Two ready to-play scenarios focus on the highlights of this volume, while an extensive Rules Addendum section, including Design Quirks, provides a sneak peek of all the advanced rules options provided in Strategic Operations.

Price: $7.99The Order’s Projects
For ComStar, the Clan Invasion sparked a Schism that was, perhaps, a long time coming. When the Jihad erupted, the self-appointed guardians of interstellar communications and the lost technologies of the Star League found itself at war with its brethren on a scale that even the mighty Com Guards could not overcome. As the Word of Blake’s war against humanity collapsed on itself, so too did the white-clad warriors of ComStar’s military might, their strength and prestige evaporated by the loss of Blessed Terra and the long-bitter bitter Jihad. Answering now to a new order on Terra, ComStar’s wartime experiments have come to light—including new tools of battle intended for use against the zealots of Blake.
Experimental Technical Readout: ComStar samples the custom and prototype designs that were developed in the testing labs and top-secret proving grounds of ComStar’s scattered military. Each design featured in this book incorporates some of the latest technologies developed by the realms of the Inner Sphere as the war against the Word of Blake waged on. These technologies—first described in Tactical Operations—have only begun to achieve widespread production, but each has been prototyped and rushed to the field for their desperate consumers. Statistics and Record Sheets are included for 13 new experimental BattleMechs, vehicles, aerospace units.

Your players zigged when you expect a zag. They asked you a question you didn't anticipate. You want to add details and avoid being repetitive. You need a ready supply of random generators! Welcome to D-Percent, Black Falcon Games' line of ready-to-use lists of themed items. Simply roll d%, consult the chart, and you have a handy detail right on hand!
D-Percent – Hispanic Names is an incredibly useful list of names that are common (and uncommon) in the Spanish speaking Central and South America as well as Spain. This includes three lists: 100 male first names, 100 female first names, and 100 surnames. This gives you 10,000 combinations of male and 10,000 female names if you pair a first and last name. If providing a first, middle, and last name, you have over a million combinations all on one page!
You need names. You need names when planning adventures, when creating NPCs, and especially during a game session when players meet non-planned characters. Coming up with names on the fly is easy, at first. As time goes on, it gets easy to be repetitive. A random list allows a natural mix of new and repeating names. Keep things fresh and moving quickly with this handy list!
This is a companion product to D-Percent – American Names.
This product is not specific to any particular game system, instead taking a neutral generic stance.
Look for other exciting Black Falcon Games products that save you time and energy, allowing you to focus on building stories and adapt to your players' ideas and decisions!
Price: $0.75Want a quick and slightly silly plot hook, adventure seed, story arc, or background detail? The Problem Mini-Gen is here for you. It alerts you to trouble spots in the vicinity such as:
Whether you need something to throw at the players right away, something to spark your creativity, or just something to make you go "huh?" for a few seconds, the Problem Mini-Gen is the way to go.
The program is written in .NET, so it should work on all recent versions of Windows and quite a few *nix boxes and Macs as well. (Assuming you have an emulator; I've tested similar programs on Mono on Mac and Wine on Linux and they worked on both, though there are sometimes slight glitches on Wine.)
Puzzle are a hard thing to put into a game. Too easy, and they don't feel like a challenge. Too difficult, and either the game bogs down or your players resort to Int checks and you might as well not have bothered.
Countless articles talk about taking Sudoku or similar puzzles and replacing them with shiny stones or runes so they fit into your game. This is good advice. It's also time-consuming.
Enter the Puzzle Converter. Convert chessboards, Sudoku puzzles, go boards, and anything remotely related into shiny pretty pictures full of glyphs, runes, or stones. Save them, print them out, drop them into your game, and watch your players be amazed at your DMing and aesthetic genius.
Don't really need puzzles? What about Vedic Squares made out of strange glyphs adorning the walls of a temple, or half-finished Go games sitting in the duke's parlor?
You can use the Puzzle Converter to put together anything that can be represented by numbers on a grid. Relative army positions? Very shiny combat grids? Go for it!
Choose from different backgrounds, create boards of any size, and instantly have gorgeous puzzles for your game. Each puzzle also comes with the stones or glyphs used down the size, so you can copy and paste more on the board, or print them out for your players to place.
Click any of the screenshots to see them full-size.

Price: $1.50The Village Snooper: The Bakery Shop
This edition of the Village Snooper provides the basic floor plan for the home & business of a local baker. The two story building is rather small but has a warm, cozy feel to it.
In addition to the map and brief descriptions of numbered areas, this one page file contains a list of popular items sold at the shop (with item type and cost) as well as two adventure hooks to help steer the adventuring party's interests towards the shop.
"Village Snooper?? What?"
The Village Snooper is a planned series of basic floor plans for common to uncommon shops, homes, general structures, and other places of interest that one might find in a typical fantasy village, town, or city. In addition to a map there is a basic description of the locations on the map. The purpose of this line is to provide handy, one page products that a Game Master can hole punch and tuck away in his or her gaming binder for quick and easy reference when needed. Such a reference page is ideal for handling situations such as burglaries, questioning/interrogation/threatening of suspicious locals, eavesdropping, etc.
The floor plans like the one provided here are system generic, thus supporting a wide variety of fantasy games from this years' current most popular system to that beloved, dog eared rpg of yesterday.
